Meet Jeff Boyd 

Born and raised in Southern California, Jeff currently resides in Rancho Santa Margarita with his wife, Kristin and two children, Jamie and Carter. Jeff earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing from Chapman University, where he also played football. He is honored to have made the Dean's list at Chapman and enjoys attending alumni events. In his free time, Jeff enjoys mountain biking, cycling, eating sushi and spending time with his family and friends. Selling Real Estate is more than a job to Jeff, it is a passion. He spends countless hours strategizing and educating himself on the ever-changing market and how to utilize technology and innovative ideas to best serve his clients and insure that their Real Estate investments are protected and yield the highest returns possible. The paramount importance of Jeff's business is turning the relationships he develops with his clients into lifelong partnerships.  

Meet Kristin Boyd 

Kristin was born and raised in San Diego and currently resides in Rancho Santa Margarita with her husband, Jeff and their two children. She assists Jeff and his clients with all of the paperwork and organization that goes into a smooth, stress-free Real Estate transaction. Kristin has managed teams in some of the busiest and top-notch Real Estate offices in Orange County and enjoys the crazy, fun, exciting world of selling homes. Her attention to detail and knowledge of Real Estate contracts, disclosures, laws and ethics help tremendously in protecting our clients. Kristin's willing, can-do, upbeat attitude is always refreshing for our clients and business partners and it is obvious how much she enjoys what she does. In her spare time, Kristin enjoys chasing her two little children around, spending time with her friends, going to the beach, performing in plays, creative writing, and, of course, shopping!
